inter8tiv studio shall be entitled to place a hypertext link (“Design by inter8tiv studio”) or graphic on every single webpage footer. The link will open a new window with the inter8tiv studio website.
inter8tiv studio and the Client must work together to complete the Web Design Project in a timely manner. We will inform Client on project progress and will endeavor to meet their requirements. On the other hand, Client must also supply all source materials to timescale, failure to provide source material will at the result of delaying the completion date. inter8tiv studio reserve the right to cancel the contract but will not retain any deposits or stage payment made however if Client terminates the contract, any deposits or stage payment made will not be refund.
The final web site design project will be published to the Client’s hosting service upon the receipt of full payment. Any changes 2 weeks after the web site has been “Live” will be charge according to the maintenance rate. (No charge within 5 working days for text and graphic changes) Payment Schedule
Web Design & Development and eCommerce, Domain & Web Hosting
The Client agrees to pay to inter8tiv studio an initial, non-refundable deposit of 50% of the whole project upon execution of the agreement. Final payment is due prior to publication and/or delivery of the Web Site Design Project.
Excluded Work: Items that are not covered by the Website Maintenance Contract include but are not limited to graphic design, major flash script adjustments, creating new scripts of any kind, starting new web design projects, working outside of the original file structure or working outside of the original domain name.
Timeline: It is the Client’s responsibility to monitor the Website for items that need to be corrected, including text and malfunctioning components. The Client must inform The Webmaster of needed maintenance via email. The Webmaster will log all needed changes from all authorized parties for each domain with a Maintenance Contract. The Webmaster will complete all requested maintenance within 24 hours of the request. The Client will be notified via email when maintenance has been completed.
Overages and Exclusions: Requested work that surpasses the allotted maintenance minutes will be billed to the Client at the regular hourly rate. Excluded work that is not covered by the Website Maintenance Contract will be billed to the Client at the regular hourly rate. Multiple Maintenance Contracts can be purchased for the same website, increasing the number of allotted minutes for a particular Website. Allotted minutes not used during the associated month will not be transferred to the preceding months or billing cycles.
Termination: The Webmaster reserves the right to terminate service for any reason, but not limited to the following reasons: websites involved in domain name disputes, failure to pay for services on time, solicitation or selling of illegal products or services, fraud or phishing. The Client may cancel this Website Maintenance Contract at any time, by giving The Webmaster thirty (30) days written notice, provided that payment is up-to-date. A pro-rata refund will be given for any unused period of the advance payment.
